Very helpful. Still surprised some don't know about it<br />- sorry to hear about the rib cartilage injury. I'm sure you've done your own research but FYI many professional players (NFL/NBA) get similar rib cartilage injuries. These guys are usually back on the field/court in < 4 weeks (often much less).
