Thanks to the person who had posted a comment and the link to his/her cheesecake blog. Sorry, but I deleted it because I am vegetarian and I believe that cheese and all diary products are really bad for the health of whoever eats them, because they provide plenty of cholesterol and animal proteins. And, furthermore, they are even worse for the health of the cows, since they are forced to live in small cages and are given all kinds of hormons and antibiotics. Trying to protect my friends... :-)

Born and raised in Italy, I became an engineer and worked 11 years in the IT industry. Sick of that, in 2001 I wanted to take a year off and spend it in Maui, the best windsurfing spot in the world.
