Sunday 9 13 20 morning call

Gorgeous conditions yesterday on the Lahaina side.

4am significant buoy readings and discussion.
South shore
Barbers
2.3ft @ 8s from 172° (S)
2ft @ 13s from 192° (SSW)

Lanai
2.3ft @ 9s from 189° (S)
2.1ft @ 13s from 191° (SSW)

Couple of feet 13s, swell is going down but there's still some fun size waves.
Check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

North shore
Pauwela
3ft @ 9s from 46° (NE)
1.8ft @ 4s from 61° (ENE)
1ft @ 14s from 314° (NW)

Not sure is that foot 14s from NW is a very improbable wrap of the westerly energy of the Typhoon east of China, but I don't think it's going to be a factor. 3ft 9s from the NE will give small waves at Hookipa and bigger on eastern exposures instead.

Wind map at noon (the other ones can be found at link n.-2 of GP's meteo websites list in the right column).
N/A

Fetches map (circles legend: red: direct aim, blue: angular spreading, black: blocked, yellow: apparent direct aim, but out of the great circle ray map, so not 100% sure).
North Pacific (about 4 days travel time from the NW corner of the North Pacific):

South Pacific (about 7 days travel time from east/west of New Zealand):
