New moderated NW swell is rising at the NW buoy (Hanalei is offline). It comes from the fetch in the maps of Oct 1 through 3 below. Surfline calls for 1.6ft 15s at 6pm rising over night to 5.5ft 13s on Sunday. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist high with occasional bigger sets in the morning with the swell only starting to arrive in the late afternoon.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
