The only fetch I could find as a source of the 15s energy at the buoys is the angular spreading one that happened on May 23rd (map below). The numbers are good, but the consistency will probably be poor.

Small out of season NW swell picked up as predicted. Home guess for Hookipa is around head high with occasional bigger sets up to head and a half.
