New NW swell is rising at the upstream buoys. Below are the maps of September 28 through October 1st that show the fetch that generated it.
There were actually two of them, the black stick indicates the fetch of the first swell, the red the one of the second.

Locally the swell will only show up in the last part of the day (Surfline calling for 2ft 16s at sunset) and peak tomorrow.
Home guess for Hookipa in the morning is waist to belly high, with the first NW sets in the late afternoon possibly reaching head high at sunset.
