Monday 1 22 24 morning call

Hookipa yesterday at sunset had plenty size.

7am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion. South shore

No southerly energy at Barbers, but plenty westerly energy again on the Kihei side. I saw impressive footage of yesterday at the boat ramp and Bigs on Instagram. Today might be onshore though, as there's a southerly flow. Look at today's fetches map below and you'll see plenty more westerly energy coming. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

WNW swell continues pretty solid at Waimea and Pauwela. Home guess for Hookipa is around double overhead, smaller towards Kahului.
