Saturday 1 27 24 morning call

Once again yesterday Hookipa was as good as it gets. The pictures start with a sequence of Nora Liotta.

6am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion. South shore

No small southerly energy at Barbers, but there's small waves with onshore flow. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

North shore

NW101

      • 8.2ft
        , 11s, WNW 290º

Waimea

      • 6.8ft
        , 11s, NNW 330º

Pauwela

      • 4.8ft
        , 12s, NNW 335º
      • 2.6ft
        , 10s, NNE 15º

WNW swell continues at the NW buoys and locally Pauwela shows almost 5ft 12s from 335. Home guess for Hookipa is head and a half to occasionally double and excellent conditions again with light kona in the early morning.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
