New northerly swell is rising at the buoys. Below are the maps of September 2 through 4 that show the fetch that generated it. The biggest reading is at the NW buoy and it's from 5 degrees. That means that the bulk of the swell is missing us to our west. Surfline calls for 2ft 15s in the morning (while instead it's only 1ft 14s) and 4ft 13s at sunset. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist high with occasionally bigger sets and no wind in the early morning gradually rising throughout the day up to overhead at sunset.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
