Monday 12 29 25 morning call

Thanks Caroline for the donation.

Hookipa yesterday morning.

6am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion. South shore

No southerly energy at the buoys, but awesome looking sets on the cam. It either comes from the fetch ESE of New Zealand that happened on the maps Dec 20 through 22 below, or it's some westerly energy wrap.

Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

There's still almost 4ft 13s of NNE energy at Pauwela, while new NW energy is on the way up. It comes from the fetch in the maps of Dec 25 through 28 below. Home guess for Hookipa is around head to occasionally head and a half in the morning, building to double plus at sunset.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
