Guess who's in my pic of the day...
Levi tweaking an aerial (and landing it).
Here's the rest of the photos in chronological order.
This is from early morning at Kanaha: wind facilitated downwind walking with baby.
Camille Juban is on the island (I'm afraid it's the start of the friendly invasion of the non Maui based international sailors). He rips.
Bernd.
Keith.
Camille.
Camille.
Anne Marie was showing off a flashy bikini.
Keith.
Luke.
Mark.
Nico, why you so happy?
Luke.
I'm a stalking pro.
Luke.
Levi.
Levi.
Matt Pritchard back in the waves (taking it very easy).
Mark added a couple of side fins to his board.
This one is moi instead. Notice the lack of radicality compared to the other photos... but I compensate with style! ;)
I took this photos from hawaiianwatershots.com. My policy for my photos on this blog is that anyone can download them (at whatever resolution blogger converts them into) and put them on their websites as long as they link the source. I applied the same policy here.
PS. Just saw on the maps a BIG NNW swell in a week or so...

Now I understand why it's a called a bottom turn.
Good one Michael...
That's also a bottom that makes you turn!
love this blog ! that's the positive part of life on this planet ! super nice pics GP !
M
Love that bikini and how does that young Mum get such a figure after giving birth? They're gorgeous.
Nice pics as usual. About using pics from other places on the web: you can link them and resize them and have the link take the reader to the original pic location (all in one "a href" command). I think that would be the best thing. I can show you if you come down the road.
beatiful post...not only the bikini part. wow! love that pic of Levi! it just can't get any more tweaked! could polakow do it better?
ahh what a cool sport....it is just sad that they should be competing in cabo verde right now...if you think last year wave tour was lame.... this year will be only 3 onshore events,,, 2 in freezing waters ,,,,and that if they are lucky...
oh well it's better than nothing I guess.
cheers,
marcos
Ola, thanks for the offer... let's see if I make that happen. You know... 100 yards are a lot!
Marcos, to get more tweaked he needs a sail with less foot, like the Hot Bolt I've been testing lately. Not having a foot is quite a nice thing in waves. Your sail never gets stuck in the lip! I'll talk about it in a post... maybe.
sunday SUNDAYY SUNDDAYYYYY. MONSTER TRUCKKSSSSsss!!
Ahh got to love Maui, wind waves and babes who rip. Brings back pleasent memories of a day at Vargas when Anne-Marie 'accidently' borrowed my towel - I haven't washed it since!!!!!
