Monday 6 19 23 morning call

A lovely encounter with an Iwa bird during one of my runs yesterday. My hip is doing better, the trick was to remove the back footstrap for the downwinders.

    Small out of season NW swell is at the buoys. Below is a set at Sunset Beach. Home guess for Hookipa is waist to chest high with possible occasional bigger sets.
