Wednesday 6 14 23 morning call

Buoys went up to 5ft 8s from the NE and Hookipa yesterday was occasionally up to head and a half.

5am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion.

Lanai

    • 2.2ft

Decent southerly energy at the buoys. Check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

    , 9s, NE 55º

Mokapu

    • 4.8ft
      , 8s, ENE 70º
    • 2.9ft
      , 4s, ENE 75º

NE to ENE 8-9s energy from the fetch I posted yesterday (which is still there today and will stay there for at least another week) is 4-5ft at the buoys. Home guess for Hookipa is chest to head high.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
