The upstream buoys show signs of the start of a new small NW swell. Below are the maps of April 29 through March 1 that show the fetch that generated it. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist high of easterly windswell waves in the morning with possible organized bigger NW sets showing in the late afternoon (Surfline calls for 1.2ft 17s at 6pm).
Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
Fetches map (circles legend: red: direct aim, blue: angular spreading, black: blocked, yellow: possibly over the ice sheet) from Windy.
