Slow start for a new long period south swell at the buoys. Below are the maps of August 1st to 3rd that show the fetch that generated it. Webcams don't show much, but it should improve during the day as Surfline calls for 2ft 16s at sunset.

Small NW swell picked up at the outer buoys, but still pretty weak locally. Home guess for Hookipa is flat to waist high in the morning with bigger sets in the afternoon .
