Hookipa yesterday.
Barbers
- 1.7ft, 13s, S 190º
Lanai
- 1.6ft, 13s, SSW 210º
- 0.6ft, 15s, S 170º
- 0.3ft, 20s, S 185º
Old swell is down to 13s, while Lanai shows small amounts of new 15 and 20s energies. Below are the maps of August 6 though 9 that show the fetch that generated them (red arrow for the 15s and black for the 20s). Neither one was particularly strong and the webcam shows very occasional small sets in the midst of flatness.
Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

Pauwela
- 3.9ft, 7s, ENE 75º
- 1.4ft, 11s, E 80º

Easterly windswell only at Pauwela with a touch of 11s easterly energy from the tropical storm Emilia. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist high with occasionally bigger sets.
Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
