What's good about Kuau is that I can keep my sail rigged at home and just walk it down to the "beach". What's bad is the launch that can really be a bitch! You have to swim out (the wind rarely fills all the way in) thru a narrow channel in strong current. Here's a bunch a windsurfers lining up like airplanes for the take off. Not always a successful one (see below). Think about coming back in when the wind drops...
