One foot 14s of NW energy at the upstream buoys will likely arrive smaller than that locally later in the day. Below are the maps of June 22 through 25 that show the small fetch that generated it.
Home guess for Hookipa is around belly high of NE windswell waves with occasionally bigger sets in the windiest hours and some possible small NW sets at sunset.
