5.30am lahaina has chest to head high waves and clean. Too dark along the road for a report, but the wind looked calm.

That WRF wind model did another good job with peaks today. Showed light wind in the afternoon and that's exactly what happened (we got there after 2, choose to relax in the morning for a change). Still overhead sets showing, despite the high tide. Besides the glass off, there was almost no one out. Hard to believe considering it was a Sat afternoon. I can only assume the morning crowd was huge and everyone was burnt out. So tons of fun, hopefully we get another one Sunday.
