Sunday 6 29 25 morning call

This video not only shows the grace of Mona, but also the incredible bar (and kite) handling work JDFollowCam does while following his subjects. The guy is a true master at what he does.

Very small southerly energy at the buoys, but Lanai shows signs of a new long period swell that should very slowly pick up throughout the day and peak tomorrow (2.5ft 15s predicted by Surfline). It comes from the fetch indicated in the maps of June 22 through 25 below.

Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

NE windswell only in the water. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist high with occasional bigger sets. Bigger on eastern exposures.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
