New NW swell is at the buoys. It comes from the fetch that happened in the maps of Feb 4 through 6 below. Home guess for Hookipa is double overhead plus and relatively clean conditions in the early morning, soon to be greatly deteriorated by the onshore flow associated with the front you can see in the satellite picture. That front should bring heavy rains for at least a couple of days, starting this afternoon.
