Finally the webcam shows waves that resemble the buoy readings, south swell seems to be pumping today. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

New small/medium northerly swell is on the rise at the outer buoys. It comes from the fetch in the maps of May 31 to June 2 below. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist to chest high in the morning building to head high or occasionally bigger by the end of the day (3ft 11s predicted by Surfline at sunset and 4ft 11s tomorrow morning).
