Here I am, sailing Hookipa on Saturday with the board I just bought at a swap meet. I always wanted to own a Sailboards Maui shaped by Dave Mel, but they are way too expensive. This 7.10 is quite old, but perfect shape and... 50 bucks!!! Fuckin' love it!
I wish I could do what you did because it is so true life is to short to work 8 hours a day. I so wanna quite my job sell everything I own and just move to paridise
Well, I have two things to tell you guys. 1) thanks for leaving you comments. You are the first people that I don't know personally that leave comments and it's really cool to know that somebody around the globe is reading what I write and (hopefully) getting the message... I don't want to make anybody jealous. I just want to show you that everything is possible. So... 2)just do it. Whatever is your dream, just do it. PS By the way, did you click on banner? :-)
Born and raised in Italy, I became an engineer and worked 11 years in the IT industry. Sick of that, in 2001 I wanted to take a year off and spend it in Maui, the best windsurfing spot in the world. Not only I'm still here (in Maui), but I also got into surfing. And the stoke is flying high. Life is too short to work 8 hours a day...

I am incredibly jealous - wish I could be windsurfing in Maui. I agree with Derek :)
