Sunday 5 10 20 morning call

Another intense day of action at the harbor yesterday.

I used to laugh at people checking out the wind meters on their phones while standing on the beach at Kanaha and feeling the wind on their face and looking at the ocean (which is a lot better). But in the case of the harbor, the wind meter indication is much more useful, as it's right at the end of the pier and instead you can't really feel/read the wind when standing on the canoe club beach.
Btw, I tried a 6.0 Ozone Wasp yesterday. So many more to try.

Sorry, can't get enough of Eddies' bottom turns.

4am significant buoy readings and discussion.

Some southerly energy at the buoys, check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.
