Wednesday 4 3 24 morning call

Hookipa yesterday at sunset.

This is my Foil Drive assisted SUP foiling downind run of yesterday. Like skateboarding in a skate park with walls the change almost randomly under your wheels.

Iwt windsurf contest in Chile is streaming here. Pro challangers today, Pro's tomorrow.

Easterly windswell is up to almost 10ft 8s locally while Waimea already shows a pretty solid 10s swell from the from the NNE which will also build locally today and tomorrow and turn more east (Surfline calls for 11ft 10s from 60 for tomorrow). Below are the maps of April 1 and 2 that show the fetch that generated this last one.

Home guess for Hookipa is around head high plus and blown out. Much bigger on eastern exposures, as the Waiehu webcam shows.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
