The NW buoys shows that the small NW energy in the water locally is destined to increase later in the day and specially tomorrow. It comes from the fetch indicated in the maps of May 1 through 5 below.
Home guess for Hookipa is around waist to chest high in the morning, possibly increasing up to head high at sunset.
