New NW swell is rising at the buoys. It comes from the fetch that happened on Oct 29 through 31 in the maps below. Surfline has it reaching 7ft 14s at sunset. Home guess for Hookipa is around head high plus in the morning rising to double overhead plus by the end of the day.
