The 15s reading is probably the wrap of the westerly energy and the cam shows very good waves. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

Westerly energy still at the outer buoys but still won't make it to our north shore, which instead will benefit from the current NNE direction of the windswell. Home guess for Hookipa is waist to chest high.
