New large NW swell rose at the NW buoy and will slowly come up locally throughout the day. Below are the maps of March 13 though 15 that show the fetch that generated it. Home guess for Hookipa in the morning is around head to head and a half based on the 4ft 12s of the old NW swell. The afternoon should see bigger sizes as the new swell picks up (4.4ft 18s predicted by Surfline at 6pm).
Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
