New moderate period N swell is rising at the buoys. Below are the maps of Nov 19 through 22 that show the fetch that generated indicated with a black arrow. The red arrow shows a NW fetch that happened at the same time and should provide a slightly smaller swell (Waimea shows 4ft 11s) arriving simultaneously. Home guess for Hookipa is around head high with occasional bigger sets, clean in the windless morning and with a rising trend (Surfline calls for 5ft 12s at sunset).
