A touch of long period Tasman Sea energy at the buoys. Below are the maps of Nov 8 and 9 that show the fetch that generated it.

The outer buoys show small NW energy coming from the fetch indicated in the maps of Nov 13 though 15 below. Not much to expect from it (Surfline calls for 1.3ft 16s at 6pm). Meanwhile, the easterly windswell went up another notch and it's now clocking in at 9.5ft 11s locally. Home guess for Hookipa is around head to head and half with occasional bigger sets. Bigger on eastern exposures.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
