Kane at Kaa yesterday.
Hookipa yesterday afternoon. It was still closed in the morning.
I've used this board all summer for the Foil Drive assisted downwinders. First time on the waves now, it required some heavy tuning as far as straps, mast and battery box position. More of that today. Photo by Tomoko.

Second NW swell seems smaller locally than at upstream buoys. Home guess for Hookipa is chest to head high with no wind most of the day. Should get bigger during the day, as those 6.8ft 12s at the NW buoy move down the island chain.
Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
