Mostly Kona windswell at the buoys and strong onshore on the cam. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

Waimea

            • 4ft
              , 12s, N 0º

The reading that really matters for the north shore is the 4ft 12s from N at Waimea, as the SW readings are the Kona windswell mounting. Home guess for Hookipa is around head to head and a third with the Kona associated to the storm approaching. Early morning could be good, later in the day, too windy to be good.
