Old south swell down to 1.2ft 13s while a new long period one is picking up. Below are the maps of August 7 and 8 that show the fetch that generated it. Surfline only calls for 1.4ft 16s at sunset.

Cam occasionally shows sets but with very low consistency. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

Short/medium period NE swell did pick up noticeably in the afternoon yesterday with overhead sets at Hookipa. Home guess for Hookipa is chest to head waist high with occasional bigger sets.
