New short period northerly energy is rising at the buoys. It comes from the fetch in the maps of Sept 25 through 28 below and Surfline calls for it to build to 4.6ft 10s by sunset. Home guess for Hookipa is chest to shoulder high in the morning, building to up to head and a half by sunset.
