Short period N energy is rising at the local buoys. It comes from the fetch in the maps of Sept 21 through 24 below. Surfline has it building to 6ft 10s at sunset. Home guess for Hookipa is around waist to chest high and very clean in the morning with occasional bigger sets and building all the way up to possibly head and a half by the end of the day.
