The Kona windswell is pretty big at the buoys, but I doubt you can surf anywhere between rain, wind and brown water. Most cams are down too.

The buoys discussion is a bit pointless these days, as I would recommend to stay out of the water because of the storm. Home guess for Hookipa is around head high with occasional bigger sets and probably very brown water.
