New long and medium period NW swells are rising at the local buoys. Below are the maps of Feb 18 through 22 that show the fetch that generated them. Home guess for Hookipa is around head and half high with occasional bigger sets in the morning, building all day up to double overhead plus at sunset (6ft 14s predicted by Surfline).
