The small NW energy at the buoys most likely comes from the fetch that happened on Oct 16 and 17 below. Surfline calls for an increase in the afternoon to 3ft 16s at sunset, but the 2.7ft 15s reading at the NW101 buoys suggests that the increase will be less than that (if any). The ENE windswell continues in the 8s range. Home guess for Hookipa is around head high with occasional bigger sets in the morning, possibly rising to head and a half in the evening.
