Wednesday 1 14 26 morning call

Kanaha yesterday.

Thanks to Patrick Wardle who sent me a picture of Honolua yesterday at sunset.

6am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion. South shore

No southerly energy at the buoys, but there's good looking short period waves on the cam. Get them before the Kona will blow them out. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

NW energy down to 5ft 13s locally before it gets XL again tomorrow. Home guess for Hookipa is around head and a half to double and clean in the early morning, before the Kona gets strong in the late morning and in the afternoon.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
