Saturday 7 9 22 moning call

I did the Maui to Molokai yesterday. This is a 38 seconds clip. I'm uploading an unedited 44 minutes that will be available here.
The only results I know are that Kane won the SUP foiling division, while Zane won the wingfoil one (with Alex second).

6am Surfline significant buoy readings and discussion.

South shore
Lanai

  • 3.2ft
    , 10s, S 175º
  • 1.1ft
    , 15s, SSW 205º

Barbers

  • 1.4ft
    , 15s, S 185º

Small southerly energy at the buoys. If you paid attention to the fetch maps, you'll know that the south shore is about to receive some solid energy starting tomorrow. Check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

North shore
Mokapu

  • 5.9ft
    , 7s, E 80º

Windswell only, home guess for Hookipa is waist to belly high.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
