Today there's the Maui to Molokai race, you can follow the dots here.
Following and documenting a race like that is technically challenging. This is an excellent video that shows some spectacular action on a downwinder: Jack Ho at the Gorge with a relatively small board. He will be in today's race, but he won't do a single turn like those, as he's going to try to go straight as fast as possible. So, even if they were able to do a live streaming, it wouldn't be quite as exciting from the foiling point of view. It would be better than the dots though...
