New small long period Tasman Sea swell is at the buoys. The maps of July 11 through 14 below show the fetch that generated it. Strangely, Surfline doesn't have it in the forecast at all.

The fetch of the trades has had a north component in the last few days and as a consequence the windswell has now a direction between 50 and 60 degrees. That means not shadowed for the north shore and yesterday's picture at the top of the post shows that. Home guess for Hookipa is around chest to head high.
