Thursday 7 3 25 morning call

Instead of pictures of flat Hookipa, I'd rather share youtube foil videos that I found interesting. This one is from Dave West, who had a rough start with the parawing and now is finally found its positives. Basically he likes that he can ride a smaller board than a SUP dw board, as a 6ft board feels a lot better than a 8ft plus.
My favorite boards I use for my wing and Foil Drive downwinders are 4.7 and 4.6 so in my case using a parawing will imply using a bigger board and/or a bigger foil and I don't like either option.

The buoys show more energy than the webcam. Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

ENE windswell only in the water. Home guess for Hookipa is around knee high.
