Thursday 7 31 25 morning call

Kanaha yesterday. That's a Hi-Tech customer renting the 3.0 F-One Frigate. That and the 3.5 are available to rent, while the two we received for retail sold right away. We ordered more, if you want to buy one, I'd recommend calling and asking to be put in the courtesy call list for when they arrive. You can move up to two days of rental towards the purchase of a brand new one (just keep the receipt).

End of July south swell n.1 is down to 14s (but still solid) while n.2 is now rising with 18s readings at the buoys (plus a solid SSE windswell). That's a really good combo, as the consistency should not be as low as usual... rather kinda pumping (for the south shore standards anyway). The maps of July 24 through 27 below show the fetch that generated swell n.2.

Check the Kihei webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

Easterly windswell only in the water. Home guess for Hookipa is flat to knee high.

Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
