Mix of S and SSW energies at the buoys. Below are the maps of June 30 through July 1 that show the Tasman Sea fetch that generated the latter. After that, the fetch moved east of New Zealand and this coming week we're gonna have some decent waves. About time I'd say, as this summer has been quite poor from the south swells point of view.

Easterly windswell with a tad of 11s NE energy on the north shore also today. Home guess for Hookipa is waist to chest high. A small out of season NW swell should hit tomorrow.
