9 14 15 morning call

Launiupoko was knee to thigh high yesterday at sunset. Fun for longboard, but a slow start of this south swell.

Buoys
Pauwela
4ft @ 7s from 65° (ENE)
2.2ft @ 5s from 56° (ENE)
1.3ft @ 12s from 63° (ENE)

Barbers
2.3ft @ 15s from 192° (SSW)
2.3ft @ 7s from 155° (SSE)
0.9ft @ 9s from 167° (SSE)
0.5ft @ 4s from 140° (SE)

Barbers went up a bit compared to yesterday, but I still don't see much size on the lahaina cam. Not even in Oahu, actually, but I did see good overhead set over there.

So, just a small swell. Better than nothing.

Get early, because by 10am onshores should be on it in Lahaina already (Peaks strong offshore).

Wind map shows a fetch down under and a weak NW one of that low that is finally doing something for us, but not really much.
