NW energy went down to very small levels while N to NE energy is on the way up. Below are the maps of February 23 through 26 that show the fetch that generated it (black stick). The red stick shows a weak fetch in the Kamchatka corner that will supply a background of low size and period NW energy running underneath the much stronger N-NE one. Home guess for Hookipa is around head and half to double and windy again.
Wind map at noon. The other ones can be found here.
Fetches map (circles legend: red: direct aim, blue: angular spreading, black: blocked, yellow: possibly over the ice sheet) from Windy.
