Kaa yesterday. Derek Hamasaki in the air and I'm happy to see that Annette (on the right) adopted the side hook and one hand holding technique I showed her to reduce the twist of the body on the toe side reaches (also shown in this video). I was surprised to see that Derek uses it too. I hope more wingers will start using it, so that their visits to their hip doctors will diminish. Twisting your upper body for long time is not good.
