Thanks to blog reader Patrick for the donation and the kind words.
The Queen bee almost overfoiled there. No much wave needed to enjoy foiling.
That photo was taken from my new observation spot. The 35.5 inches wingfoiling mast allows me to sit like that. Thanks Jeff for the photo.

Barbers
2ft @ 15s from 194° (SSW)
Lanai
2.1ft @ 14s from 188° (S)
Below are the maps of June 20 through 25 that show that there shouldn't be any flat days anytime soon. The 2ft 14s at Lanai should be from the fetch you see on the first map east of New Zealand. Tomorrow there should be a bigger longer period pulse (3ft 14-15s predicted by Surfline on Wednesday night) coming from the much larger fetch that happened the following days SE of New Zealand. It was much broader and stronger, so even though it was oriented more towards the Americas, we should receive ample angular spreading energy.
A much stronger swell will arrive July 4-8 (3ft 18s predicted by Surfline on Monday), you can see the originating fetch today's map down below.
Check the Lahaina webcam if interested, for size, conditions and consistency.

You should sit on top of the foil itself... higher. Alex
